Good books. Good staff

Great staff, very helpful and friendly and a vast selection of books. I've renewed my wonder with reading again.

Bookshops used to be placed of discovery. These days they're more like stacks of best sellers. I find Waterstones slightly better than the average bookshop but they are no longer the magic place that they used to be. Pity really as I don't think that this helps new authors or people like me who want to go down something new.

Favourite book shop to reveal the bookworm behaviour with books to extend the knowledge further. The location offer seats for us to read the books we would like to purchase. I am able to acknowledge some additional philosophical and societal analysis in spare time. The staff are very knowledgeable to recommend different sort of books. I truly admire their knowledge. Hopefully they will open a cafe soon just like others branches do.

This chain always offers a pleasant experience. Good selection of books even in smaller stores, and there is always additional goodies (stationery, etc) near the tills. Staff very friendly and helpful

Great book store, lovely staff always happy to help which makes buying the books from a shop rather than online so much better and keeps local businesses going! Although does mean you likely pay a little extra than the online price. Only issue even a small one is that they don't carry a lot of stock for certain sections and you prob have to go to their larger branches like Kingston and Richmond.
